Four Seasons Venice, at Hotel Danieli, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Terrazza Restaurant. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will support daily operations, ensure exceptional service standards, and drive operational excellence to create unforgettable dining experiences.

Competenze

Previous supervisory experience in luxury hospitality.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Must possess the legal right to work in Italy.

Mansioni

Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operation of Terrazza Restaurant and ensure seamless service.
Lead the restaurant team during service, providing guidance and real-time coaching to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency; proactively address issues.
Coordinate with Culinary, Bar, and Host teams to ensure smooth communication and flawless service.
Assist with team scheduling, attendance monitoring, and daily briefings; support onboarding and training.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, mise en place, and HACCP compliance.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and controlling costs to meet departmental objectives.
Support Restaurant Manager in achieving financial goals and managing POS operations.
