Four Seasons Hotel Danieli, Venice, seeks an Hotel Assistant Manager to oversee daily Front Office, Guest Experience, and Concierge operations, ensuring a seamless luxury guest experience. As Manager on Duty you will coordinate guest arrivals and departures, supervise a skilled team, and collaborate with Sales, Catering, Housekeeping to maintain Four Seasons standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in luxury hospitality in a supervisory role; fluency in English and Italian; base salary 31,000€

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality in a supervisory or managerial Rooms Division role.
• Strong leadership and team-motivating abilities, with focus on staff development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of Front Office operations and PMS platforms (OPERA).
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Manage the daily operations of the Front Desk, Guest Experience, and Concierge teams.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management, responding quickly to emergencies and operational issues.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special requests, ensuring personalized service for Special Attention Guests, Return Guests, and Groups.
• Interview, train, schedule, and evaluate team members, promoting growth and engagement.
• Partner across Sales, Catering, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure flawless operations.
• Oversee financial and credit procedures, including paid-outs, rebates, petty cash, and billing compliance.
• Verify cashier transactions and end-of-shift reconciliations to ensure accuracy and proper approvals.
• Respond to guest requests with attentiveness and personalized service, delivering solutions that enhance satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
