Four Seasons Hotel Venice seeks a Guest Experience Ambassador to be the heart of the guest journey. You will greet guests, anticipate needs, and deliver a personalized, high-touch stay across the property.

Based at Hotel Danieli, you will collaborate with Rooms, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and Security to ensure every detail reflects luxury hospitality and genuine care for guests throughout pre-arrival to post-stay interactions.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Guest relations or front office background is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Greet and engage with guests to create a warm welcome.
• Anticipate guest needs through observation and communication.
• Act as primary host in lobby and public areas.
• Coordinate arrivals, special requests, celebrations, and VIP services.
• Log guest preferences in internal systems for personalization.
• Collaborate with Rooms, Housekeeping, Spa, F&B, and Security.
