Four Seasons Hotel Venice, at Danieli, seeks a Guest Experience Ambassador to be the heart of the guest journey. You will deliver genuine care, anticipate needs, and tailor experiences with a gracious host presence across lobby and public areas.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a high-touch stay, from pre-arrival planning to post-stay follow-up, upholding our luxury standards and memorable guest moments.

Competenze

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or guest-facing service roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, polished manner.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Warmly greet and engage guests throughout the property, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Anticipate guest needs through observation and tailored communication.
• Serve as primary host in lobby and public areas, guiding guests and coordinating VIP services.
• Coordinate arrivals, celebrations, and special requests with Front Desk and teams.
• Log guest preferences and interactions to support personalized service.
• Support service recovery by listening, owning issues, and resolving them with empathy.
• Collaborate with Rooms, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and Security to ensure a seamless journey.
• Maintain an elegant presence in the lobby to provide immediate assistance.
