Four Seasons Danieli Venice is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations of Terrazza Restaurant, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead the restaurant team during service, coach staff, monitor quality, and coordinate with Culinary, Bar and Host teams to deliver memorable experiences. This role requires prior luxury hospitality management and fluency in English and Italian, with rights to work in Italy.

Competenze

• Management or supervisory experience in luxury hotels or high-end dining.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Legal right to work in Italy.
• Strong knowledge of luxury F&B operations and service standards.
• Proven leadership and guest-service passion.

Mansioni

• Support daily Terrazza Restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
• Lead the restaurant team during service with coaching and guidance.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and service quality; address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Bar and Host teams for flawless service.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance and daily briefings.
• Oversee onboarding, training and development of staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and mise en place across dining areas.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and health and safety standards.
• Support financial goals and cost control for the department.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
