Hotel La Palma, Capri's luxury hideaway, invites you to join its team under Oetker Hotels. As Guest Relations Supervisor you will craft exceptional guest experiences throughout the journey, leading by example and reflecting the highest standards of service.

You will coordinate with Rooms Division, oversee service excellence, promote personalized service and guest loyalty, and act as ambassador of Hotel La Palma, with Advanced English and a flair for upselling in a luxury setting.

Competenze

• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional discretion.
• Familiarity with LQA standards and Opera PMS.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and identify upsell opportunities.

Mansioni

• Lead guest relations across the guest journey to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate daily guest relations activities with Rooms Division teams.
• Promote personalized service and guest loyalty; act as ambassador of Hotel La Palma.
