Hotel La Palma in Capri, part of Oetker Hotels, invites a Guest Relations Supervisor to craft bespoke guest experiences and lead by example, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.

You will coordinate with Rooms Division, anticipate guest needs, and drive loyalty through personalized attention, upselling opportunities, and a culture of continuous improvement in a luxury setting. Fluency in English and additional languages are advantageous; Opera PMS experience preferred.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive guest focus.
• Ability to anticipate needs, manage requests, and handle guest recovery discreetly.
• Familiarity with LQA standards and Opera PMS; cross-department collaboration.

Mansioni

• Lead guest relations across the guest journey, ensuring luxury service standards.
• Coordinate daily guest relations activities with Rooms Division and ensure service excellence.
• Act as hotel ambassador, promoting personalized service and continuous improvement.
