Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a passionate and service-driven Guest Experience Manager to lead the Guest Experience Team, delivering personalized and memorable experiences that reflect luxury, care, and hospitality. This full-time maternity cover contract spans a minimum of 12 months.

You will coordinate VIP arrivals, guest profiles, and special requests, ensuring all policies and Four Seasons standards are followed while building strong relationships with guests and across departments.

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
Fluent in Italian and English; third language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Guest Experience Team to deliver service excellence.
Ensure policies and Four Seasons standards are consistently applied.
Oversee guest recognition programs and personalize guest experiences.
Collaborate with Front Office, In-Room Dining and Housekeeping to coordinate VIP arrivals.
Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide coaching and development to the team.
