Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence is seeking a passionate Floor Supervisor to join the Housekeeping team. You will lead, coach, and supervise Room Attendants and Linen Runners to ensure guest rooms meet luxury standards and exceed guest expectations.

You will conduct inspections, coordinate daily activities, and maintain smooth floor operations while collaborating with other departments and maintaining high service levels for an unforgettable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience coaching teams and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coach Room Attendants and Linen Runners to ensure rooms and public areas meet Four Seasons quality standards.
• Conduct room inspections, monitor daily progress, and coordinate housekeeping activities for timely guest readiness.
• Oversee floor operations, manage supplies, cleanliness of corridors and service areas, and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns professionally, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Plan daily activities based on occupancy and operational needs, coordinating with other departments.
• Support inventory management and administrative tasks across the hotel as needed.

About the role

• Plan and organize daily activities based on occupancy levels and operational requirements, collaborating closely with other departments.
• Support inventory management, administrative tasks, and housekeeping operations across the hotel as needed.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position requiring flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

The position is at the C1 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract’s minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience
