Job summary

Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Resorts Collection in Florence seeks a seasoned Front Office Manager to lead and elevate guest experiences from pre-arrival to post-stay. You will drive daily operations, maintain service standards, and mentor the Front Office team to ensure flawless execution and memorable stays.

You will collaborate with Rooms Division and hotel leadership, manage VIPs, and uphold luxury service quality while supporting financial performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Front Office Manager or in a similar leadership role in a luxury hotel.
• Experience and a strong understanding of Front Office functions: Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, Bell Services.
• Good knowledge of Housekeeping operations and collaboration with that department.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring a smooth guest journey.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, lead by example with guests and team members.
• Collaborate with Rooms Division Manager and other leaders for alignment.
• Motivate, supervise, and develop Front Office team members.
• Set the tone for exceptional hospitality with personalized guest experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and discreetly.
• Ensure adherence to luxury service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee arrivals, departures, VIPs, and special requests with attention to detail.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and KPIs, identifying improvements.
