Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel is seeking a capable Front Office Supervisor to join its Front of House leadership team. Located in Piazza della Repubblica, the luxury hotel offers 232 rooms and suites, a rooftop terrace and pool, and a guest experience shaped by Anantara standards.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, this role leads the daily Front Office operation, supports and develops the team, and ensures a smooth, confident guest journey at every stage.

Competenze

• Experience in a supervisory or managerial Front Office role in a luxury hotel.
• Strong operational knowledge of Front Office procedures and guest service standards.
• Able to lead a team daily with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Supervise and lead the daily operation of the Front Office.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations and other departments.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints and service recovery with professionalism.
• Support, coach and develop the Front Office team to ensure performance.
• Step into broader departmental leadership when required by the operation.
