Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, a landmark luxury property in the heart of Rome, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join its acclaimed Front of House leadership team. Located at Piazza della Repubblica, this role offers hands-on leadership and the opportunity to drive guest journeys to the highest standards.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor the Front Office team, coordinate with Housekeeping and Guest Relations, and ensure consistent, polished service.

Competenze

• Experience in supervising Front Office in a luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office procedures and guest service standards.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations.

Mansioni

• Supervise and lead the daily operation of the Front Office
• Ensure smooth handling of arrivals, departures, room allocations, guest preferences and billing procedures
• Act as the main operational reference point for the department on a day-to-day basis
• Maintain excellent service standards and a strong guest-focused culture across all shifts
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints and service recovery with professionalism and confidence
• Support, coach and develop the Front Office team to ensure consistency and performance
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, Butlers and other operational departments
• Oversee shift organisation, team presence, and operational follow-up
• Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, reporting and system accuracy
• Step into a broader departmental leadership role whenever required by the operation
