Job summary

Anantara Hotels and Resorts in Rome is seeking a Front Office Agent Trainee to support guest arrivals and departures with warmth and efficiency. You will learn front desk operations while delivering an exceptional stay aligned with the hotel’s standards.

You will assist guests with requests, provide information on local sights, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and upsell opportunities within the DISCOVERY program.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management.
• Fluency in local language is a must and high level of English is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and complete the check-in process for guests and group arrivals in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete the check-out process for departing guests and groups.
• Inform and provide night services to guests (e.g. wake-up call).
• Assist other departments as necessary.
• Be aware of and communicate hotel services available to guests (e.g. restaurant reservations).
• Upsell DISCOVERY loyalty program and other hotel services.
