Job summary

Silversea is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent for its luxury operations in Lombardy. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services at the reception and supervise day-to-day front desk activities.

You must handle guest requests promptly, coordinate with Guest Relations and other departments, and assist with embarkation/debarkation duties as required. Fluent English is essential; additional languages, accounting basics, and proficiency in Fidelio and Microsoft Office are

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar position at an international 5-star luxury establishment.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written); conversational in two additional languages (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest services at the reception desk.
• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the reception desk.
• Coordinate guests' needs and ensure delivery of high-level service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
• Maintain strong communication with the Guest Relations Manager and other departments.
• Ensure smooth information flow between shore concierge, finance and reception teams.
• Assist with embarkation and debarkation duties as required.
• Assist with regular inventories of Guest Relations department equipment.
• Prepare reception team schedules for approval by the Guest Relations Manager.
