Four Seasons Venice Danieli seeks a Guest Experience Agent to deliver highly personalized, seamless service across touchpoints and languages from welcome to post‑departure. You will greet guests, explain facilities, and escort them to rooms while coordinating requests via email and chat.

Role emphasizes empathy, customization, and cross‑functional collaboration across F&B outlets, reservations, transportation, and briefings. Fluent English and Italian required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• One+ years of experience in a luxury hotel or similar high-end hospitality environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple channels.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide room escorting, handle guest interactions across multiple channels in person, phone, email, and chat.
• Engage with guests across the property, lobby, F&B outlets, offering guidance and personalized recommendations.
• Manage guest requests and reservations across the full guest journey, including restaurant bookings and transportation.
• Respond promptly to guest needs with personalized, consistent communication across touchpoints.
• Log guest preferences and follow-up tasks into Four Seasons systems to support recognition.
• Assist other departments during peak periods to ensure seamless service.
• Own service recovery by addressing concerns with empathy and following up.
• Support daily operations by coordinating guest requests and contributing to internal notes.
