Job summary

Six Senses Milan is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front office team, ensuring service excellence and brand standards across guest interactions. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field, with 2–4 years in front office and supervisory experience, plus fluency in English and Italian.

Legal eligibility to work in Italy is required. The role involves partnering with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping and F&B to deliver seamless guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field and 2–4 years front office/guest services experience including supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are preferred.
• Valid authorization to work in Italy (visa/work permit) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operation of the Front Office department in line with Six Senses standards.
• Understand and manage reservations, room types, rates, packages, and credit policies.
• Process advance deposits and track future room availability.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping and F&B to ensure guest needs are met.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and budgeting controls while promoting cost-consciousness.
• Maintain guest history and profiles in coordination with Reservations.
