Mandarin oriental, Milan is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office team in Milan. You will deliver courteous front desk service and strive to exceed guest expectations, reporting to the Reception Manager.

Two years of luxury hotel experience and fluency in English and Italian are required. The role offers a full-time schedule with a competitive benefits package in a prestigious, city-center property near La Scala.

Competenze

• 2 years luxury hotel experience.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Italian.
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and multitasking.

Mansioni

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms.
• Handle cash drawer and cash float per the MOHG Controller's manual.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service to fulfill guest requests.
• Provide assistance to guests in the street lobby.
• Respond promptly, courteously and efficiently during check-in/check-out and throughout the guest's stay.
