Mandarin Oriental Milan is seeking a Reservations Intern to join the Reservations team. Based in Milan, you will support the department with data entry, email correspondence, and multi-channel reservations, while embracing the brand’s legendary service standards.

You will work closely with the Reservations Manager, leveraging your fluent Italian and English and strong organizational skills to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization.

Competenze

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
• Excellent organizational and computer skills.
• Another foreign language literacy is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support Reservations team to maintain guest satisfaction and align with Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences.
• Input data in the PMS system in the correct format.
• Review and reply to email correspondence.
• Review arrival reports from SMS and SynXis.
• Resolve and/or prevent guest complaints and anticipate guest needs.
• Record all guest preferences and allergies for action by departments.
• Perform all reservation service sequences to standard.
• Handle reservations from multiple channels (phone, email, SynXis) and use Seven Rooms as required.
• Ensure daily check-lists are completed before end of day.
