Etro is seeking a Client Advisor for our Serravalle Outlet store on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). You will provide customers with high-quality service, understand their needs, and convey Etro's philosophy and brand culture.

Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, guiding clients through the Etro selling ceremony, and advising on fashion trends in the luxury market. The role requires passion for fashion, experience in luxury retail, and strong commercial awareness.

Competenze

• Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
• Experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
• Ability to drive and exceed store results, with strong commercial awareness and customer attitude.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting customers' needs and demonstrating knowledge of Etro products and heritage.
• Assist customers with the Etro selling ceremony and fashion advice on trends and luxury developments.
• Build relationships with customers and develop CRM strategies to drive store goals.
• Support visual merchandising and product replenishment in line with Etro guidelines.
