Etro is seeking a client-focused Sales Advisor for our new Accessories Corner at Rinascente Milano. You will provide high-quality service, convey the brand philosophy, and guide customers through the ETRO selling ceremony to create a memorable shopping experience.

You will leverage knowledge of ETRO’s heritage and collections to build relationships, drive personal sales, and support stock and visual merchandising in a dynamic luxury retail setting.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury fashion, accessories, leather goods, or premium retail.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for people.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed individual and store targets.
• Excellent commercial awareness and professional styling sense.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory operations.
• Collaborate with Rinascente team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Adhere to ETRO grooming standards and store policies.
