Etro is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for its Montenapoleone boutique in Milan. You will provide customers with high quality service, share the brand philosophy, and support sales targets through product knowledge and attentive selling ceremonies.

Key tasks include assisting clients, delivering fashion advice on trends, maintaining CRM relationships, and ensuring the store presents Etro’s luxury heritage while aligning with visual guidelines.

Competenze

Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude.
Ability to adapt to different customers.
Team-playing attitude.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English. Another language is a plus.

Mansioni

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and understanding their needs.
Assist customers with Etro selling ceremony and product knowledge.
Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients.
Contribute to achieve store goals and develop business.
Build relationships with customers and manage CRM strategies.
Support visual merchandising in line with Etro guidelines.
Assist with replenishment and inventory checks.
