Etro is seeking a Client Advisor for our Serravalle Outlet store on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). You will provide customers with high-quality service, understand their needs, and convey Etro's philosophy and brand culture.

Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, guiding clients through the Etro selling ceremony, and advising on fashion trends in the luxury market. The role requires passion for fashion, experience in luxury retail, and strong commercial awareness.

• Ability to drive and exceed store results, with strong commercial awareness and customer attitude.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.

For our store in serravalle Outlet we are looking for a Client Advisor available to work Part -Time, 24h.

She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage
• Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony
• Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
• Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies
• Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication
• Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines
• Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
• Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies

Key Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
