Etro in Roma is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the store in partnership with the Store Manager. You will drive sales, manage staff, and ensure premium customer service in a dynamic luxury retail setting.

The role requires fashion retail experience, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to adapt to different customers while upholding Etro standards and visual guidelines.

Mansioni

• Contribute to achieving sales targets and budgets with guidance from the Store Manager.
• Support the Store Manager in guiding the team and maintaining a professional environment.
• Assist in recruiting, evaluating, and retaining a high performing team.
• Ensure proper staffing coverage and efficient in-store operations.
• Support admin tasks and reporting, and apply Etro customer experience standards.
• Contribute to visual display and inventory replenishment following Etro guidelines.
