Etro Florence boutique seeks a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service, understand customers' needs, and communicate the brand's philosophy and heritage.

You will assist customers through Etro selling ceremonies, stay informed on fashion trends and luxury developments, and help meet store goals while building CRM relationships and maintaining visual standards.

Competenze

• Experience in fashion retail and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

For our Boutique in Florence we are looking for a Client Advisor available to work Full -Time.

Job description

She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage
• Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony
• Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
• Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies
• Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication
• Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines
• Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
• Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies

Key Requirements

• Deep passion for fashion and luxury
• Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
• Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude
• Ability to adapt to different customers
• Team-playing attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in english. Another language is a plus
