Etro boutique in Noventa di Piave is seeking a Client Advisor to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations while spreading the philosophy and heritage of the Brand.

You will enhance the customer experience with deep product knowledge, support the Etro selling ceremony, discuss trends in fashion and luxury, help achieve store goals, build relationships through CRM, and ensure visuals and replenishment follow Etro standards.

Competenze

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in fashion retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand customers’ needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different customers and keep a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus (Russian).
• Experience in luxury fashion retail is preferred.
• Able to drive and exceed individual and store results.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to selling.

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage
• Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony
• Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
• Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies
• Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication
• Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines
• Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
• Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies
