Maison Margiela in Milano seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a luxury sales team, drive exceptional customer service, and uphold the brand’s distinctive image.

You will oversee inventory controls, visual merchandising, and daily operations while ensuring outstanding client experiences. English and Italian are mandatory; a minimum of 3 years in luxury retail management is required.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion or luxury goods.
• Leadership skills to inspire and effectively manage a team.
• Strong sales and customer service experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to engage customers and staff.
• Strategic thinker able to plan for store performance and customer experience.
• Adaptability with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and ability to embody Maison Margiela's image and values.
• English and Italian languages are mandatory.

• Team Support and Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in leading, motivating and training the sales team.
• Sales and Performance: Interact with customers to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Inventory and Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensure accuracy, assist replenishment and visual merchandising.
