Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Taormina seeks a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead all restaurants, kitchens, stewarding, bar and in-room dining operations. You will sit on the Hotel’s Planning Committee and drive strategy, menus, and activations while overseeing revenue generation and cost control.

You will guide a diverse team, align with General Management and Chef leadership, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a 5-star luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Food & Beverage operations in a luxury hotel/resort setting.
• Leadership style authentic, engaging and strategic.
• Creativity and passion for delivering innovative culinary/service experiences.
• Fluent English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of F&B staff and managers.
• Monitor team performance and propose training actions to improve results.
• Collaborate with General Management, Chefs, and Beverage Leaders to design menus and activations.
• Focus on maximizing profits and controlling costs across the department.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
