Job summary

Lefay Resorts & Residences in Pinzolo presents an opportunity for a Luxury Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all restaurant, beverage, employee dining and room service operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, develop the F&B business plan, and manage procurement and inventories.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in food and beverage management required.
• Fluency in Italian or native speaker preferred, English fluency also expected.
• German or French language skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant, beverage, employee dining and room service operations.
• Develop and implement the annual F&B business plan and budgets.
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP health and safety regulations and Lefay standards.
• Lead, coach and develop F&B team for continuous improvement.
