Job summary

Airelles Palladio Venice invites an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead the F&B strategy across multiple outlets in Venice, including abc Kitchen, Matsuhisa, Villa Frollo by Norbert Niederkofler, Zitelle Bacaro, and a Private Club.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction, oversee budgets, inventory, hiring and training, ensure compliance with LQA and Forbes standards, and collaborate with Executive Chef and department heads.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a team management role within F&B services in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, service orientation and collaboration with multiple departments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of Italian is preferred; English is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the F&B strategy and supervise all outlets.
• Drive revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction while maintaining Forbes standards.
• Monitor trends, guest behavior and promotions to enhance offering.
• Manage budget, costs, inventory and supplier negotiations.
• Lead recruitment, training and development of F&B teams; ensure SOPs.
