Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality management school, culinary arts academy, or equivalent program.
• Hospitality mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and problem-solving with a positive attitude.
• Organizational skills and willingness to learn restaurant operations and POS systems.
• Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or additional languages is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Review daily arrival and reservation lists to identify dietary requirements and guest preferences across dining venues.
• Assist in coordinating pre-stay dining arrangements, curated menu selections, and tailored restaurant reservations.
• Deliver highly personalized service and celebrate special occasions for guests.
• Coordinate bespoke F&B amenities with Kitchen, Guest Relations, and Concierge teams.
• Maintain pristine dining spaces to Belmond luxury standards throughout service.
