Qualifications

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager in luxury hotels or fine dining environments.
• Strong leadership and multilingual team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets to ensure seamless execution and world-class service.
• Deliver highly personalized service reflecting Belmond’s luxury codes and Sicilian warmth.
• Manage P&L, departmental budgets, labor efficiency, and F&B cost controls to maximise profitability.
• Recruit, mentor, and train a high-performing multilingual team.
• Partner with Executive Chef on menu concepts, wine lists, and signature experiences.
