Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond Hotel, Taormina, is seeking a seasoned F&B Manager to oversee our seaside fine dining, terrace bars, beach service, and exclusive events. You will drive operational excellence, financial stewardship, and an authentic Sicilian dining experience rooted in luxury and local heritage.

Lead a multilingual team, collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu concepts, and ensure strict adherence to hygiene and HACCP standards while delivering world-class service.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager within luxury hotels, high-end resorts, or fine dining.
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills with a hands-on management style.
• Strong command of F&B financial KPIs, cost control, inventory management, and P&L accountability.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a significant plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee all F&B operations across restaurants, bars, beach club, and private events.
• Deliver highly personalized, luxury guest experiences reflecting Belmond standards and Sicilian warmth.
• Manage the P&L, departmental budgets, labor efficiency, and F&B cost controls to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
• Recruit, mentor, and train a multilingual, high-performing team.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menu concepts, wine lists, and signature experiences with local ingredients.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance with Belmond's standards.
