Job summary

Meliá Hotels International in Milan is seeking a Concierge to welcome guests, manage requests, and deliver personalized services that reflect our luxury standards.

In this dynamic role you will upsell and cross-sell to enhance revenue, anticipate guest needs, and collaborate with a diverse, international team. The position starts on a 6‑month contract with potential extension, classified at level C2 under Turismo AICA, with €1,726.99 gross monthly and €24,177.86 gross per year.

Qualifications

• Education in Tourism, Social Sciences, PR, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English and the local language; a third language is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Concierge or in Guest Experience (GEX).
• Passion for luxury service, attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player; preferably a member of Les Clefs d’Or.
