MISSION

The Concierge , as an expert prescriber and authentic ambassador of the destination, is responsible for receiving and managing customer requests, always providing them with unique and personalised services and products and committing to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest requests, anticipating needs and desires.
• Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to optimize additional revenue.
• Personalize the guest experience and exceed expectations.

• The position can be classified at level C2 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level C2: €1.726,99 gross monthly).
  The Gross Annual Salary is €24.177,86, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
