Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in luxury fashion retail, strong clienteling and CRM skills, and a keen eye for product knowledge and fashion trends. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in luxury fashion retail.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and client development targets.
• Excellent clienteling and CRM management skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and high-end service standards.
• Digital and omnichannel mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• BOH operational knowledge is an advantage.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
