Jil Sander is seeking a Client Advisor for our Rinascente concession in Milan. You will deliver a luxury client experience, build long-term relationships, and provide tailored styling advice to enhance client loyalty.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets while representing the brand's heritage and aesthetic. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in luxury fashion retail, strong clienteling/CRM skills, and a proactive, commercially driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in luxury fashion retail.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
• Excellent clienteling and CRM management skills.
• Strong digital and omnichannel mindset.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
