Jil Sander is seeking a Client Advisor for our Rinascente concession in Milan. You will deliver a premium luxury experience, understand client lifestyles, and build lasting relationships while achieving sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in luxury fashion retail, strong clienteling and CRM skills, and a proactive, commercially driven mindset. Weekend availability is required, and commission complements base compensation.

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in luxury fashion retail.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and client development objectives.
• Excellent clienteling and CRM management skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and high-end service standards.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client development and business generation.
• Maintain an active client portfolio using CRM tools, ensuring regular outreach, appointment setting, follow-up communications and after-sales service.
• Actively generate new business opportunities by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
• Maintain accurate customer information including purchase history, product preferences, wish lists, special requests and follow-up activities.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge across all categories while continuously monitoring luxury market trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve common objectives and contribute to a positive, high-performing environment.
• Ensure impeccable visual standards and product presentation, reflecting the excellence expected from Jil Sander.
