Dweet is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team at our Rinascente corner in Milan for a permanent position. As a Client Advisor, you will translate client needs into sales while fostering brand loyalty and representing the company with authenticity.

You will deliver luxury service, build relationships through clienteling, drive CRM in-store, and support daily store operations with a polished, brand-aligned presence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a retail sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and grooming standards.
