Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or fashion retail and client-facing roles.
• Passion for luxury fashion and customer service.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with international clientele.
• Strong goal orientation and commercial drive to meet targets.
• Knowledge of luxury fashion industry, trends and customer expectations.
• Attention to detail and visual merchandising.

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
