We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at our corner in Rinascente, for a permanent position.

As a Client Advisor, you play a pivotal role in bringing our iconic brand to life. Your responsibility is to surpass client expectations, ultimately translating their needs into successful sales and fostering loyalty. You embody the true spirit of a brand ambassador, representing the Company with authenticity and enthusiasm. You are an advocate for our products, values, and culture, contributing to the overall embodiment of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Uphold and promote the Company’s standards of retail excellence by consistently delivering exceptional service.
2. Actively strive to achieve key performance indicators, to improve store results and reach individual and store targets.
3. Provide an engaging and unique client experience, surpassing client expectations at every opportunity, being guided by the brand Sales Ceremony.
4. Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through the service you deliver, your positive attitude, personal grooming, and by displaying professionalism at all times.
5. Be an expert in product information, including knowledge of the influence of the design, the construction and craftsmanship of the product, the materials utilised, and how to care for the product.
6. Build and maintain quality relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty to the brand through personal interaction and active clienteling.
7. Drive CRM in store, demonstrating an entrepreneurial approach and effectively utilising all tools available to you.
8. Show dedication to fostering a positive, supportive and rewarding team culture, effectively collaborating with all team members.
9. Support with the daily operations, inventory movements and back-office activities, as well as ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the store.
