Job summary

BALMAIN is seeking a sales professional to join our new boutique in La Rinascente Milan. You will embody the Balmain Store experience and act as a true ambassador of the brand, delivering personalised service to high-value clients.

With at least 2 years in a similar luxury role and fluency in Italian and English, you will engage with clients, support the sales team, and contribute to visual merchandising and back-of-house operations to ensure a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a Luxury House.
• Familiar with luxury brand service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and ensuring first-class, personalised customer service throughout their visit
• Acting as a genuine Brand Ambassador by building client loyalty and confidence, and maximising profitable sales
• Supporting the Sales Team to ensure smooth and successful transactions with clients
• Assisting both on and off the sales floor
• Contributing to visual merchandising guidelines and back-of-house duties such as shipping and inventory control
• Collecting clients' CRM details to nurture the relationship and build a client book, ensuring personalised follow-up
• Actively developing product knowledge by staying up to date with fashion trends, taking part in in-store training, and keeping informed on all product lines
• Supporting stock control and management
