Job summary

Maison Margiela is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Milan to support the Store Manager in driving commercial performance and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach the team and ensure smooth store operations, stock management and CRM-driven clienteling.

• Experience in luxury fashion retail with leadership roles (Team Leader / Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and engage a team.
• Analytical mindset to analyse KPIs and translate insights into actions.
• Proven clienteling and CRM experience to grow client portfolio.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Organizational skills to plan and coordinate in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
