Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in luxury retail floor supervision or leadership.
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and productivity through KPI management.
• Lead, mentor and develop boutique team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, including scheduling, inventory, cash handling and visual standards.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to ensure brand representation and store objectives.
