Moncler S.P.A. in Serravalle Scrivia, Italy seeks a Full-Time Floor Supervisor to lead the boutique team and drive commercial performance while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will report to the Store Manager, mentor staff, manage daily operations, analyze sales and productivity, ensure brand standards, and collaborate on recruitment and training to sustain growth and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail with proven floor supervision and leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and exceed objectives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and model Moncler Sales and Service standards on the shop floor.
• Drive sales performance and productivity through KPI management.
• Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing talent for the store.
• Coach and mentor the team, ensuring adherence to CRM and CEM strategies.
• Oversee daily boutique operations including scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and visual standards.
• Analyze sales and productivity reports to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
• Maintain brand-appropriate visual merchandising and store standards.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to foster a positive, performance-driven environment.
