Job summary

360 Talent is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a prestigious Italian luxury brand in Milan Brera. You will lead boutique operations, mentor the team, and ensure exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in Assistant Store Manager or similar luxury retail leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
