You will oversee team development, clienteling strategies, stock control, and financial processes while ensuring compliance and strong shopfloor presence. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a track record in luxury retail.

Responsabilidades

• Drive turnover by maximizing sales and fostering customer loyalty.
• Oversee product presentation and manage special orders.
• Support Boutique Manager in leading and developing the team.
• Implement and monitor clienteling strategies.
• Manage store financials, stock, inventories and after-sales operations.
• Ensure compliance and liaise with support services.
• Analyze performance and prepare weekly reports.
