Van Cleef & Arpels in Lombardy, Italy seeks an experienced Boutique Leader to drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will oversee team performance, clienteling, product presentation, and store operations in a high jeweller context.

The role requires strong leadership, fluency in Italian and English, and a track record in luxury retail. A competitive remuneration package with bonus and meal vouchers is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Strong clienteling skills and relationship management.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and analytical abilities including stock and finance awareness.
• Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive turnover by maximizing sales and fostering strong customer loyalty with exceptional service.
• Oversee product presentation, handle disputes, and manage special orders with cross‑department collaboration.
• Support the Boutique Manager in leading and developing the team, scheduling, and maintaining a strong shopfloor presence.
• Implement clienteling strategies and use sales tools to build customer development objectives.
• Manage store financials, administration, audits, cash handling, stock control and after‑sales operations.
• Ensure compliance with business practices and housekeeping; liaise with House and Group support services.
• Analyze commercial and financial performance and prepare weekly reports for the business plan.
