Job summary

ELANTAS North America, LLC is seeking an experienced technical sales professional to grow the Low-Voltage business in Europe. You will combine customer development, technical consulting and opportunity management to turn requirements into market-ready solutions.

You will lead sales activities for European customers, negotiate frameworks and supply agreements, and ensure CRM/SAP data quality while coordinating with R&D, product management and production sites.

Qualifications

Technical degree or comparable qualification in electrical/industrial engineering.
Several years of experience in technical sales / application engineering / business development (B2B).
Understanding of low-voltage requirements and qualification/validation processes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills; stakeholder management.
Very good Italian and English language skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% and a structured working approach (CRM, MS Office; SAP is a plus).

Responsibilities

Grow the Low-Voltage business combining sales drive with technical consulting and opportunity management.
Guide customers and internal teams from idea through series release, turning requirements into market-ready solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, frameworks) and maintain CRM/SAP data quality.
Acquire new projects and customers and develop existing accounts in coordination with Key Account Management and others.
Drive quoting and execution, follow up on inquiries and facilitate internal responses.
