Qualificações

• Experience leading lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Experience applying root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and KPIs.
• Ability to communicate in English and Italian.
• Legal authorization to work in Italy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives across the site.
• Develop and execute lean manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen.
• Lead the manufacturing engineering team in process improvements.
• Partner with operations, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and product engineering teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process innovation.
• Lead root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
• Support capital projects and manufacturing technology upgrades.
• Develop standardized manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Coach and develop team members and foster a culture of learning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
