Fedrigoni SpA in Arco (TN) is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to support the Plant Manager and Head of Operational Excellence in deploying continuous improvement initiatives. You will balance execution pace with cultural change in a growing, international environment.

You will drive Lean Transformation across plants, standardize processes, and own KPI reporting to monitor impact on efficiency and customer outcomes. Strong analytical, hands-on, and collaborative skills are essential.

• Follow up on Lean Transformation initiatives across plants and teams.
• Coordinate tasks within Lean Transformation streams to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Map, improve and standardize processes; perform RCCAs and visual management of KPIs.
• Support governance with standardized work instructions and action-oriented meetings.
• Own the local KPI system and report progress to Plant Manager and central team.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to feed the strategic roadmap.
• Align operative KPIs with plant P&L to focus on customer needs and productivity.
